We've been serving this at lunch this week, it's a vintage recipe from The Waterside Inn, late 70s or early 80s. Anyway good to know the recipe works and that it still tastes wonderful.

We changed a few desserts this week. I really like Jess's presentation of this old favourite.

Made Pork Rillettes for the first time since leaving The Waterside Inn, lovely -just as good as I remembered!

Had a recent visit by the Aston Martin Owners Club (South West) for lunch. I prepared a special menu and had the opportunity to check out my next car!.
